Find ich auch. Mir ist schon klar, dass das nicht ganz ernst gemeint ist - spricht aber wieder mal für eine Attitüde, die nicht gerade open-minded ist (in der Metal Szene leider nicht ganz selten sowas). :neutral:

Ha, Desert Plains höre ich in letzter Zeit häufig. Auch immer wenn ich joggen gehe. Das kommt so geil. Insbesondere nach dem Chorus dieser Schlagzeug-Roll. Aber der Anfang vom Text kommt auch gut.

Geht mich ja nix an, aber ich würde es eher vermeiden, hier im öffentlichen Bereich Songtexte zu posten. Kann man sich leicht eine Abmahnung einhandeln. Auch wenn es lächerlich erscheint!

Wenn jemand aus dem 11. Stock springt muß man nicht gleich hinterher hüpfen um zu sehen was passiert. Es sind schon Forenbesitzer wegen solcher Sachen abgemahnt worden. Mir persönlich ist das egal und ich mische mich hier auch nicht weiter ein. In meinem Forum lösche ich jedenfalls kommentarlos solche Beiträge, wo Lyrics gepostet werden!

Bin kein Jurist, aber ich halte die Sorge hier für ziemlich unbegründet. Hier liegt mMn. kein Handeln vor, das juristisch in irgendeiner Form angreifbar ist.

Solange man den geposteten Tex nicht als seinen eigenen ausgibt und die entsprechende Quelle bzw Interpret angibt, sollte dies kein Problem darstellen...
Aber im Grunde genommen ist es schon richtig das auch die Songtexte Urheberrechtlich geschützt sind, das fällt dann unter §2 Urheberrechtsgestz und fällt unter die Kategorie "Sprachwerke" oder so ähnlich
